Thanks for posting the Toastmasters link! The City of Emeryville is offering for the first time a class in Communication Skills this winter. Please let me know if a blurb about this could be posted on the blog. I bet many residents think the city’s “activity guide” is just exercise classes or outings for teens and seniors.
